Return and Refund Policy

Overview

We offer a 30-day return policy for all women’s sportswear and accessories. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we’re unable to process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Unworn and unwashed (for hygiene reasons)
  • In its original packaging with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Undergarments, including sports bras (for hygiene reasons)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Gift cards and final sale items

Return Process

  1. Request a Return: Email us at contact@tlmyshop.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.
  2. Return the Item: Ship the item to the return address provided.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card company.
  3. Contact your bank for processing times.
  4. If you still have not received it, email us at contact@tlmyshop.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at contact@tlmyshop.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
  • If you are returning high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
  • We are not responsible for lost returns.
